Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 60 minutes of placement. Most orders process immediately and cannot be changed.
Damaged Goods Only
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds are strictly limited to items that arrive physically damaged or defective.
Process
You must report damage with photo/video proof via our Contact page within 7 days of delivery. Approved refunds take 5–7 business days to process back to your original payment method.
